If “rustic elegance” was a wedding, it would be this gorgeous ranch wedding at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley, California. This day was complete with the prettiest rustic wedding venue, thoughtful and heartfelt details, and the most stunning couple.
Gianna and Sydney met at a dive bar through mutual friends. They pretty much instantly hit it off, and Sydney ended up proposing on their first date anniversary, which is just the cutest thing. This pair has so much love for each other, and that love was super evident throughout the entire wedding day.
The day started off with the bride and groom getting ready in their respective getting ready spaces. Gianna looked just stunning in a satin and tulle a-line wedding dress with the prettiest fitted bodice. Sydney looked super handsome in a classic black groom tux. After getting ready photos, the couple did their first look. First look wedding photos are always some of my favorites.
After wedding party photos (which came out so perfect. The bridesmaids wore all white and the groomsmen all wore matching black tuxedos), the outdoor wedding ceremony took place. The rolling hills of Carmel Valley were the backdrop for the ceremony, and the sunset light was hitting just right the entire time. It was stunning!
After saying their “I do’s”, we captured some golden hour bride and groom portraits, and then headed over to the outdoor wedding reception area. The reception was beautifully decorated with a neutral color palette and peachy pink florals. The couple had the cutest little coffee station, so their guests could enjoy fresh coffee throughout the reception party.
The night ended with some lovely speeches, dancing, and of course, cake (which Gianna’s grandmother actually made herself!) This was the perfect wedding day for a perfect couple. Thank you, Gianna and Sydney, for letting me capture this special day for you.
